In this course, I will show you the Power of 3 M's and the Modified Tai Chi that my mom (the stroke survivor) and I (the caretaker) have incorporated into the daily routines of our lives after the debilitating event on October 15, 2020.
The stroke changed both of our lives -- from being inactive to being active as well as pro-active in keeping our body healthy. Mom was a strong and a very independent woman before the stroke happened. So I knew it would take an emotional toll on her to not be able to do things on her own, especially the simple daily tasks due to aphasia and right hemiparesis. She had to relearn enunciating words, walking, brushing her teeth, combing her hair, putting food in her mouth, and so on and so forth.
But can you believe that within 3 days, her right arm and leg that would only fall to the side due to paralysis, she was able to move them & quickly re-learn how to do these basic tasks? She even remembers how to do math and started learning Korean, a week after she was out of the hospital!
If you too, need help in managing your symptoms from stroke, and you are in need of continued momentum between your hospital care and home care, this short course will show you how.
